Digital Marketing Executive

About Us

Olympian Garden Buildings was founded in 1981 by Barry Williams, a former Hammer Thrower for Great Britain at the Munich 1972 Olympics. Named after his Games, the company has upheld values like discipline, quality, and excellence from its inception. Evolving from a single-founder operation to a thriving family business, it is now led by Barry’s son Nick and daughter Hannah, all united by the belief that what is built should be built properly.

Specialising in traditional garden sheds, uPVC garden pods, high-specification garden rooms, aluminium pergolas, and bespoke outdoor kitchen units, Olympian Garden Buildings is a premium outdoor living provider. Customers choose us because quality and service matter more than cost.

As we expand into garden furniture and entertaining spaces, contributing to the fast-growing outdoor living market, we are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our brand's reach—targeting a younger, more affluent audience.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to build a digital marketing function from scratch within an established, respected business during a transformative phase of its growth. With no existing in-house team, you’ll have the autonomy to shape our digital presence, define strategy, select tools, and drive campaigns that connect our premium products to new audiences.

Ideal for ambitious, commercially-minded marketers who relish the direct impact of their work, this role offers real influence and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Assist the Sales Director in developing a digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Identify and prioritise key digital channels to target both existing customers (50+) and younger, affluent audiences.
  • Establish clear KPIs, track performance, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in outdoor living, home improvement, and lifestyle sectors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
