Are you a hands-on digital marketer ready to join a lean team and manage two exciting residential brands in the heart of London? Fab opportunity to take ownership. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
About The Company
My client operate in the dynamic London residential and build-to-rent space
ABOUT THE ROLE
What you'll be doing
- Manage social media channels across both portfolios, creating engaging content that acts as a vibrant shop window for resident life
- Support digital acquisition activity across organic SEO, keyword research, briefing copywriters, and paid performance marketing channels.
- Maintain portfolio websites, ensuring all accurate content, blog posts, and property listings are fully optimised and up to date
- Own digital PR and outreach activity, liaising with journalists to identify valuable link-building opportunities
- Assist with CRM optimization workflows, leveraging HubSpot for automated email marketing and sales enablement
- Collaborate with the events coordinator and leasing teams to design and produce polished online and offline collateral.

ABOUT YOU
What we're looking for
Essentials
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing, content, or communications role
- Social & Content Skills: Proven track record of planning, creating, and publishing content across professional social channels, including basic design and video/reel editing
- SEO & CMS Know-How: Solid understanding of SEO content principles (keyword research, on-page optimization) and experience updating websites through a CMS
- Copywriting Flair: Exceptional written English with meticulous proofreading skills and an eye for brand alignment
- Soft Skills: An open, approachable communicator who is highly organised, comfortable with a broad, hands-on remit, and curious about using AI tools to boost productivity responsibly.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience utilizing Webflow (or a similar website CMS) and HubSpot (or similar email/CRM platforms)
- Familiarity with design software like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Prior exposure to the property, Build-to-Rent (BTR), hospitality, or location-led placemaking sectors
- Basic reporting familiarity across GA4, social analytics, or paid media dashboards
