The Opportunity

With over 15,000 five-star reviews, VoucherCodes is the UK's biggest and most trusted voucher site. Partnered with big brands like Adidas, Samsung, John Lewis, Travelodge and Domino’s Pizza, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join our Digital Marketing team. As our Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll be focused on driving revenue and acquiring new customers by creating and optimising best-in-market biddable media campaigns.

This entry-level role is an opportunity to directly drive growth for both VoucherCodes and our partner brands. Working within the Digital Marketing team, you’ll report directly to the PPC Manager. You’ll manage large budgets across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, setting up campaigns, and analysing performance to figure out the smartest way to optimise for ROI. We’re looking for a results-oriented team player, with strong communication skills and a drive to get things done.

If you want to be at the forefront of retail technology and create marketing-leading products, this could be the challenge for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up and scheduling well-structured, fully trackable PPC campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Editing campaigns as needed
  • Using report data to manage cost by optimising bids
  • Devising, implementing, and reporting on tests in order to optimise campaign performance
  • Monitoring the search engine space for ‘rogue bidders’ (competitors that are bidding without the required rights to do so)
  • Presenting results to the Digital Marketing Team on a weekly basis
  • Support the partnerships team by delivering key insights to aid decision-making & strategy
  • Researching industry trends & staying up to date on the latest developments in the paid search space

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
