Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Liverpool (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)


About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to drive demand for Bellrock Technologies. You’ll take ownership of digital campaigns across paid, organic, social, and AI-powered channels while collaborating with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to generate qualified leads and expand our market footprint.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, emerging technologies, and delivering measurable commercial impact.


Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn – Organic & Paid

  • Plan, execute, and optimise end-to-end LinkedIn campaigns, including:
    • Audience targeting
    • Ad creative and copywriting
    • Budget management
    • Bidding strategies
    • Performance optimisation
  • Grow and maintain Bellrock Technologies’ organic LinkedIn presence
  • Support senior leaders’ profiles with targeted content to engage property decision-makers

Demand Generation & Outbound

  • Own all phases of B2B demand generation, focusing on target roles:
    • Property directors, heads of estates, facilities managers -Build and scale outbound campaigns, ensuring compliance with:
    • UK GDPR/PECR
    • LinkedIn outreach limits -Tools & processes:
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator (targeting)
    • LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Dux-Soup)
    • Data enrichment (e.g., Clay)
    • CRM integration (HubSpot)

Paid Search (Google Ads)

  • Manage the Google Ads account with responsibilities including:
    • Campaign structure and keyword strategy
    • Copywriting & landing-page alignment
    • Conversion tracking
    • Budget allocation and performance optimisation
  • Conduct structured A/B testing and produce clear performance reports (spend, return, cost-per-lead)

SEO & AI Search Optimisation (GEO/AEO)

  • Traditional SEO:
    • Technical, on-page, and content optimisation to grow qualified organic traffic
  • AI Search Visibility (Generative/Answer Engine Optimisation):
    • Monitor and optimise how Bellrock and Concerto appear in:
      • AI-generated search results
      • AI Overviews
      • Large language model interactions
    • Track keyword and content roadmaps, competitor positioning (e.g., "CAFM/IWMS ranking")

Websites & Conversion Strategy

  • Directly modify websites (CMS) including:
    • Page edits
    • New landing pages
    • Content updates
    • Conversion rate optimisation
  • Improve site performance, structure, and conversion, coordinating with developers only when necessary

Social Media

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Bellrock’s social channels
  • Monitor community engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice

Client Community Portal

  • Manage and moderate the client community portal to:
    • Keep it active, useful, and engaging
    • Surface customer stories
    • Provide insights back to Product and Customer Success

AI & Marketing Automation

  • Fluency in AI tools, particularly Claude (including Claude design)
  • Design and implement automated marketing workflows for:
    • Lead enrichment
    • Personalisation & content production
    • Reporting & pipeline routing
  • Continuously explore AI-driven process improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance output quality

Collaboration with Product & Customer Success

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Customer Success Managers to:
    • Understand customer pain points and product benefits
    • Develop benefit-led marketing content for a senior B2B property audience

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Hands-on experience running LinkedIn (organic & paid) campaigns
  • Google Ads management experience
  • Proven B2B demand generation & outbound strategy expertise
  • Strong SEO skills (technical, on-page, content) + ability to optimise AI/answer engine visibility
  • Ability to directly edit websites (CMS), including creating landing pages
  • Experience managing social media channels & community engagement
  • Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Claude design) and automation in marketing workflows
  • Experience targeting a senior B2B audience making considered purchasing decisions
  • Self-starters who are accountable, delivery-focused, and ship results—not just proposals

Desirable

  • Experience with SaaS or technology product marketing
  • Knowledge of the property, facilities management, estates, or real estate sectors
  • Familiarity with the outbound/demand-gen stack (LinkedIn Sales Nav, automation tools, data enrichment, HubSpot)
  • Understanding of marketing analytics & attribution (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, tracking & reporting)
  • Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, or HubSpot
