As the UK's leading fitness education provider, we support tens of thousands of learners every year to launch and grow successful careers in the fitness industry. With internationally recognised qualifications, industry-leading learner support, and partnerships with some of the biggest names in fitness, we're committed to raising standards and continuously improving the experience we deliver.
We're now looking for an ambitious and commercially-minded Digital Marketing Executive (SEO & Email) to help drive the next stage of our digital growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves SEO, understands where search is heading in an AI-driven world, and wants to play a key role in growing a well-established brand with a strong digital presence into an international benchmark.
The Role
In this role, you'll mainly take ownership of SEO performance across our websites, helping increase organic and AI visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support learner acquisition.
This role combines strategic and hands-on SEO execution across content, technical SEO, and local SEO. You'll create and optimise content regularly, identify growth opportunities, improve speed & performance, and ensure our websites remain highly visible across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences.
Email marketing will form a secondary part of the role, supporting lead nurturing, retargeting, student engagement, and promotional campaigns managed through HubSpot.
At The Fitness Group, every team member has the chance to make a measurable impact on a growing international brand, and you’ll be joining an environment where career development opportunities are endless.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
