DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE IN ROMSEY
Initial 3-month contract
£300 per day (Umbrella)
Hybrid working – Minimum 2 days per week onsite in Romsey
BPSS clearance required

WHO WE ARE?
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK technology and engineering organisation delivering innovative solutions across defence, national security and complex engineering sectors. As part of an exciting marketing transformation programme, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support the delivery of digital campaigns, website content, marketing operations and lead management.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative marketing team and play a key role in ensuring campaigns, reporting and digital marketing activities are delivered efficiently.
WHAT WILL THE DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE BE DOING?
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you'll provide hands-on support across a broad range of digital marketing activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of campaigns, website updates, reporting and marketing operations.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll manage website content, coordinate social media activity, administer leads through HubSpot, produce marketing reports and support campaign delivery, enabling the wider team to focus on strategic initiatives.

THE DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE SHOULD HAVE…
- Experience in a Digital Marketing, Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, Communications or Marketing Support role
- Experience updating website content using a CMS
- Experience creating, scheduling and publishing social media content
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience producing marketing reports and analysing campaign performance
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams
- Experience using HubSpot or another CRM platform would be advantageous
- Experience with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) would be beneficial
- Strong Excel skills would be advantageous
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update and maintain website content using the CMS
- Upload webpages, images, downloads and digital assets
- Carry out website quality assurance checks to ensure content remains accurate
- Support SEO updates and website optimisation
- Create, schedule and publish engaging social media content
- Assist with content creation, copywriting and digital asset management
- Maintain the social media content calendar
- Monitor engagement and social media performance metrics
- Manage inbound leads within HubSpot
- Allocate leads to the appropriate sales teams
- Maintain CRM data quality through regular cleansing and updates
- Produce lead generation and marketing performance reports
- Support email marketing and marketing automation activities
- Compile weekly and monthly digital marketing reports
- Gather marketing data from digital platforms, social media and HubSpot
- Maintain marketing documentation, asset libraries and campaign folders
- Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure activities are delivered on time
- Provide general administrative support to the wider marketing team
