Digital Marketing Executive

Here at Peacocks, we are recruiting for the position of Digital Marketing Executive based at our Head Office in Cardiff.

Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager, you will assist in driving profitable traffic to our website and increasing customer acquisition and retention via online marketing channels, to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full email marketing lifecycle in email CRM from concept and build to testing, deployment and reporting
  • Brief compelling, on-brand content that supports trade priorities, seasonality and product storytelling.
  • Own segmentation and customer targeting to deliver personalised, high performing campaigns.
  • Develop campaigns tailored to different brand demographics.
  • Identify opportunities for optimisation across email and SMS, implementing A/B tests and analysing performance metrics.
  • Track key KPIs in email, SMS, affiliates, paid search and paid social; including deliverability, engagement, conversions and revenue
  • Support the Customer Marketing team in growing the loyalty programme and actioning day-to-day operational needs.
  • Working with our external digital agency to maximise our SEO, paid search, paid social and affiliate channels, contributing to performance strategy and recommendations
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in daily trade and performance marketing discussions, contributing to forecasting and content strategy
  • Work closely with ecommerce and marketing teams to align on creative priorities and trade moments
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager as a senior member of the team

Required

  • Proven experience in an email marketing, including segmentation.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, such as paid social and paid search
  • You will need prior experience using a CRM tool
  • Excellent written and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Accustomed to A/B testing

Desired

  • A marketing, fashion, business or equivalent degree is desired but not essential
  • Experience within DTC brands
  • Able to use MAPP, META and Google Ad platforms and Salesforce is desirable but not essential
