Job description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and creativity that align with our business goals. You'll be instrumental in enhancing our SEO and digital marketing efforts.

Digital marketing professionals are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote a brand, product, or service through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, with proven success in driving brand awareness.
  • Must have experience with SEO, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Support in executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising).
  • Identify target audiences and create buyer personas.
  • Perform regular site audits using tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Google Search Console to identify technical issues. Address issues like broken links, duplicate content, missing meta tags, and crawl errors.
  • Experience creating and optimizing landing pages to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Good understanding of technical SEO, including XML sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data/schema markup, indexing, crawlability, and page speed.
  • Implement SEO best practices to boost organic traffic by optimizing website structure, metadata, content, titles, headings, meta descriptions, alt texts, internal linking, navigation, and site speed for search engines, target keywords, user experience, and search engine rankings. Update and refresh older content to maintain relevance and rankings, and monitor traffic trends to refine strategies based on performance data.
  • Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and revenue. Track and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics. Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other analytics tools to monitor traffic sources, user behavior, and engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings. Align keywords with content strategies, ensuring proper usage in blogs, web pages, and meta tags. Use tools like SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, or Ahrefs to find keywords with high search volume, low competition and monitor competitors' keywords and traffic.
  • Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking to monitor search performance, indexing, crawl issues, search queries, website traffic, conversions, form submissions, enquiries, and key website actions.
  • Analyze backlinks for quality, relevance, and domain authority using tools like SEMrush or Moz.
  • Track and improve the domain authority score using tools like Moz or Ahrefs. Build high-quality backlinks, create authoritative content, and maintain a consistent brand presence online.
  • Analyze competitors' SEO strategies, content performance, and backlink profiles.
  • Experience writing, updating, and publishing SEO-focused website content, blog posts, landing pages, and social media content to improve search visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads / SEM campaigns, including keywords, ad copy, budgets, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Manage social media platforms to build brand presence and engagement. Track metrics like likes, shares, comments, and conversions.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Assist in Managing and optimizing website and social media profiles for maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Advantageous but Not Mandatory:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and its ecosystem, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate its value proposition.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of developing innovative marketing solutions to meet business challenges.
  • Help creating engaging content that highlights our Salesforce consulting services and solutions, demonstrating thought leadership and industry expertise.
  • Identify gaps in your strategies compared to competitors.
  • Previous experience working with an IT consulting company or Salesforce consulting company. Specific Salesforce consulting experience would be advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience generating leads from marketing campaigns, researching, planning, prospecting, and building new business pipeline through inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
  • Manage the company WordPress website, online collaboration activities, YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media campaigns to generate leads and new business opportunities.
  • Track, analyse and report the success of those campaigns and events.
  • Proven track record of achieving marketing metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment.
  • Partner with core sellers to identify and source net new pipeline, research lines of business and personas, and empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing tools and Salesforce updates to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
  • Experience in branding, copywriting, and brand management would be advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Awareness of AI search visibility, AI Overviews, answer engine optimisation, and how SEO content can appear in AI-powered search results.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field would be advantageous but not mandatory.
