Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll take ownership of the company's digital presence and work closely with the wider business to deliver engaging marketing campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering B2B digital marketing campaigns.
- Managing and growing the company's social media channels.
- Creating engaging content across websites, email marketing, blogs, and social platforms.
- Supporting SEO strategy to improve website visibility and organic search performance.
- Monitoring website analytics and campaign performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assisting with paid digital campaigns where appropriate.
- Supporting product launches, exhibitions, and promotional activity.
- Maintaining website content and ensuring it remains current and engaging.
- Providing marketing support for a small portfolio of B2C activities.

About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and enjoys taking ownership of marketing projects.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong social media management and content creation skills.
- A good understanding of SEO best practices.
- Experience using Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities.
- A positive, hands-on approach and a willingness to contribute new ideas.
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or a technical sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
