Role Description
This is a full-time Digital Marketing Executive role based in Southend-On-Sea in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Executive will:

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage social media platforms
- Create engaging web and marketing content aligned with client and agency goals
- Monitor campaign performance

Qualifications
- Clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with teams and present ideas to clients
- Web Content Writing skills to create concise, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for websites and digital channels
- Web Analytics skills to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, agency, or client-facing environments
- Familiarity with major social media and advertising platforms
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, email marketing tools, and basic design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a hybrid setting combining office and remote work
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
