Digital Marketing Executive
Casual / Zero-Hours Contract
Location: Bromley, Greater London (office-based)
Hours: Zero-Hours Contract. Flexible, casual shifts offered on an ad-hoc basis depending on business demand.
Salary: £12.71 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience) + accrued holiday pay.
Start Date: Immediate

The Role
We’re looking for a casual Digital Marketing Executive to support across paid media campaigns and content creation during peak periods and client campaigns.
Note on Flexibility: This is a zero-hours role. There is no baseline obligation for PPC Kingdom to offer shifts, nor is there any obligation for you to accept them when offered. In compliance with UK law, this contract is non-exclusive; you are fully permitted to hold other employment or freelance work alongside this role.

You’ll work closely with senior team members, getting involved in real client work — learning, testing, and developing your skills across paid media, content creation and much more.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting PPC campaign setup and optimisation (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
- Conducting keyword research and analysing performance
- Assisting with content creation
- Monitoring campaigns and reporting on key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous digital marketing experience or an internship in a digital marketing role (essential)
- Understanding of PPC and SEO fundamentals (essential)
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics platforms (essential)
- Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes (particularly Excel)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proactive, organised, and eager to learn

- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix)
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools
- Google Skillshop or Meta Blueprint certifications
