Digital Marketing Executive
Location: London/Hybrid (Typically 2/3 days in the office) Type: Full time/Part time – Permanent/Fixed Term (Flexible working arrangements such as job share or reduced hours are encouraged—please get in touch if you’d like to discuss your preferences.)

Key Responsibilities
Digital Channel Management & Delivery
- Collaborate to deliver multi-channel digital initiatives across HubSpot, the company website, and social media (primarily LinkedIn), ensuring:
- On-brand, compliant, and high-quality execution
- Day-to-day operations across email, web, and social channels
- Continuous optimisation of touchpoints as the business scales

Campaign Execution & Management
- Partner with the Marketing team & Head of Digital Marketing to design and drive multi-channel campaigns that boost commercial growth and pipeline development
- Build, execute, and iterate email & social campaigns via HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Apply a data-backed approach, testing & refining strategies for higher engagement and conversion rates.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyse, and report digital marketing performance metrics using:
- HubSpot
- Google Analytics
- LinkedIn Analytics & Campaign Manager
- Offer actionable insights to improve future campaigns and align with commercial goals.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Requirements

2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role with expertise in:
- Multi-channel campaign delivery (B2B focus preferred)
- Key channels: LinkedIn, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing
- Marketing automation (knowledge of HubSpot is a must)
- An analytics mindset (proficient in tools like Google Analytics)

- Strong project management with a focus on precision and team collaboration
- Business acumen with great stakeholder communication & relationship-building

Cultural fit:
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable taking ownership
- Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn and innovate
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related certification (IDM etc.)
- Industry experience in:
- Insurance, reinsurance, or financial services (regulated sector preferred)
- Familiarity with compliance/regulatory considerations for digitally marketing sensitive sectors.
