We are looking for candidates demonstrating innovative thinking, data fluency, AI readiness and creative problem-solving. We are open to a wide range of experiences and backgrounds, with a focus on STEM subjects or a proven interest in data, automation and AI outside of your studies.

What does the application process look like: 🔎
- Submit your application!
- We love testing, learning, and feedback (it's in our DNA!) so part of our process includes an online test that includes a Cognitive & Personality evaluation.
- We will invite you to a Careers & Aspirations meeting with one of our Brainlabbers to learn more about you!
- During August / September 2026 we will host a series of assessment centres. For US candidates these will be virtual, for UK & ARG candidates will be at our offices in London & BA.
