The Role
We seek a full-time Digital Marketing Intern to join our International Marketing team. This internship aligns with our digitalization journey, offering hands-on experience in digital marketing tools, campaign creation, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration across global regions.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Supporting the digital marketing team in accelerating GE HealthCare’s international marketing transformation, under guidance from two Digital Marketing Managers.
- Collaborating with international stakeholders in a global, matrixed B2B environment, gaining exposure across different markets.
- Assisting in designing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns (e.g., email, web, e-detailing).
- Enhancing marketing technology adoption, including automation platforms and data analytics tools.
- Aligning with the Marketing Operations Intern to contribute to shared initiatives.

Specific duties:
- Enrich **d databases {}; refine contact lists, and optimize target segmentation for campaign relevance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and report findings for data-driven decision-making.
- Experiment with emerging technologies (such as AI) in digital marketing.
You Are
- An early-career digital marketer (student or recent graduate) driven, curious, and eager for professional growth.
- Naturally passionate about digital transformation and how technology reshapes marketing.
Fields of Study
- Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Attitudes
- Dedicated to committing full-time Monday to Friday, with hybrid flexibility.
- Natural communicator, ambos written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for using data to optimize campaigns.

Technical Interests (Bonus)
