About Us

BFB Labs is a sector-leading social enterprise bringing together clinical excellence and digital technologies to enable better youth mental health.

The Role

We are seeking a sharp, agile Digital Marketing Specialist who can hit the ground running. The ideal person is a hybrid strategist and executor. You will create the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and physically build, launch, and optimise the campaigns yourself.

Crucially, you must have a proven track record of launching new digital products/services specifically targeted at young people. You know how to market sensitive topics, where this audience hangs out online, and how to build digital trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy to Execution: Rapidly design a comprehensive digital launch strategy for our mental health platform, then roll up your sleeves to execute it end-to-end.
  • Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and manage paid and organic campaigns across youth-centric platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and community spaces like Discord). You won’t be able to rely on video content / case studies as this is a low resource exercise and timing is tight.
  • Conversion & Trust Optimisation: Oversee user acquisition funnels, ensuring the messaging balances high conversion rates with the empathy and privacy required for a mental health product.
  • Content & Creative: Brief or create high-performing yet low-resource consuming content that connects with target audiences.
  • Performance Tracking: Set up robust tracking, monitor daily performance KPIs, and rapidly pivot tactics based on real-time data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
