Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on outreach marketing, performance-driven campaigns, and AI-powered marketing execution. The ideal candidate will own the full-funnel marketing strategy — from generating awareness and traffic to converting leads into revenue.
Location Rajkot, Gujarat
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize outreach marketing campaigns (email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, cold outbound, partnership/influencer outreach, etc.) to drive top-of-funnel growth.
- Design and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across SEO, email, social, and content to drive qualified traffic and engagement.
- Leverage AI tools and platforms to improve campaign speed, personalization, and performance.
- Own the lead generation funnel — driving and improving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Content teams to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals and pipeline targets.
- Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROAS across paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns.
- Build and maintain reports to communicate marketing performance and ROI to leadership.
- Stay current on emerging AI marketing tools, automation platforms, and industry trends to keep the marketing function competitive and efficient.

Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with proven ownership of outreach marketing programs.

Education
- BBA, MBA, BE, ME, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, any relevant degree
Must Have
- Proven, hands-on experience in outreach marketing (not just inbound/content marketing).
- Demonstrable examples of AI implementation in a marketing context — not just familiarity, but actual usage/deployment.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in marketing/reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with Sales and leadership.
- Has owned and reported against funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rate, CAC, pipeline contribution) to leadership or sales, not just marketing-side vanity metrics.
