Digital Marketing Manager
Digital Marketing Manager | Health & Fitness | £50,000 - £55,000 | Hybrid/London
I am working with an absolute favourite Fitness brand of mine that are looking for someone to take ownership of the digital marketing initiatives—from content to paid advertising, CRM, and beyond. If you love all things digital marketing and have a passion for gym, Pilates, or yoga, this is the role for you.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will excite and engage audiences through data-driven campaigns and strategic digital initiatives while aligning with overarching brand and product goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across social, search, and display platforms.
- Manage and grow CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying actionable insights.
- Plan and execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve conversion and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to ensure digital initiatives align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the luxury sector.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Paid Ads, CRM, etc)
- Industry experience within the Health & Fitness sector is advantageous (though open to subscription or lifestyle brands)
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Strong technical skills with hands-on experience
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into effective strategies
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
