Digital Marketing Manager

Full-Time | £30,000 – £40,000

About Talent Shore

Talent Shore helps UK businesses recruit and employ top remote talent in South Africa. We handle everything from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll, HR, and legal compliance. We're growing fast and building out our marketing department to match.

Our Culture & Marketing Mission

We're a small but ambitious team that moves quickly and will encourage you to take ownership from Day 1. We believe that targeted marketing campaigns will be the most effective method of marketing. This could include specific social media and Google ads, direct email campaigns, or LinkedIn messaging campaigns.

The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to execute our direct, targeted marketing campaigns. You’ll own content creation and campaign management across paid social and Google, building personalised, persona-driven campaigns rather than broad brand activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
