About The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager leads BSRIA's digital marketing activity, managing multi-channel campaigns, website performance, CRM, automation and analytics to improve engagement, lead generation and customer experience.
Key Duties
- Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
- Plan, manage and optimise digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, paid search and display channels.
- Manage the website, content, UX and customer journeys, working with internal teams and external partners to maintain a secure, accessible and effective digital presence.
- Manage CRM activity, data quality, reporting and user support, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
- Use analytics to monitor campaign, website and channel performance, providing insight and recommendations to improve ROI, engagement and lead generation.
- Implement marketing automation, integrations and process improvements to support lead nurturing and efficient customer communications.
- Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, customers and partners.
- Support change, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Deliver high-quality work on time and contribute to commercial, practical and science-based outcomes.

About You
- 3-5 years' hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certifications in CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads or HubSpot are desirable.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC, Google Ads and campaign optimisation.
- Confident using analytics tools to track ROI, conversion rates and performance trends.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation and CMS platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo or WordPress.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and agency coordination skills.
- Commercially aware, adaptable and able to lead or support cross-functional digital projects.
