We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead high-performing paid media campaigns, optimise digital performance, and work alongside a talented global marketing team to deliver measurable results.
Title: Digital Marketing Manager (12-Month FTC)
Location: London (2 days WFH)
Salary: £60,000 + 15% Bonus

We're partnering with a globally recognised premium brand to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity to join a market-leading business with an international customer base, working on sophisticated digital campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll take ownership of planning, delivering, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels.

Responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Managing paid media activity across Google Ads, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Video, and Affiliate channels.
- Working closely with external media agencies to maximise campaign performance.
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign ROI and commercial performance.
- Using data and customer insights to optimise future marketing activity.
- Collaborating with CRM, Content, Product, Analytics, and regional marketing teams.
- Driving testing and optimisation strategies to continually improve campaign performance.
- Managing digital marketing budgets and supplier relationships.
Candidate Criteria:
You'll ideally have:
- 3-5+ years' experience in digital performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic advertising.
- Experience managing sizeable paid media budgets.
- A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
- Experience using platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Meta Business Manager
- Adobe Analytics (or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience within premium consumer, luxury, retail, or eCommerce brands would be advantageous but is not essential.
