Digital Marketing Manager
Senior Digital Marketing & Advertising Strategist
We are looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking digital marketing and advertising strategist to join our UK team.
This role will be responsible for providing top-tier marketing services to our label and artist client roster, working across:
- Electronic
- Dance
- Soundtracks
- Classical
- Catalogue
- Jazz
About the Role
The ideal candidate will:
- Develop and execute strategic always-on marketing campaigns to generate publicity and awareness
- Build audiences and run effective CRM strategies across campaigns
- Engage fanbases to drive sales and revenue for new releases and catalogue titles
This position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy and will work closely with the Relationship Lead for project direction.
Work arrangement:
- Teams are based at our London, Kings Cross office Monday to Thursday
- Fridays will be spent working remotely
Responsibilities
Label & Artist Communication
- Serve as the marketing point of contact for assigned labels and artists
- Lead discussions on:
- Marketing strategies in online spaces
- Campaign planning
- Data collection and CRM execution
- Ongoing performance evaluation
Creativity & Campaign Oversight
- Conceptualise and execute creative marketing campaigns to stay at the forefront of marketing and audience development
- Oversee and manage high-priority marketing campaigns for releases, artist, and label initiatives
- Drive data-driven decisions based on performance metrics
- Stay updated on current online trends and tools, leveraging them for marketing campaigns
Performance Analysis
- Analyse campaign impact and fan/audience segmentation
- Identify trends, growth opportunities, and optimisation strategies pre- and post-release
- Utilise platform and tool knowledge to:
- Build audiences
- Engage fanbases
- Drive demand

Internal & External Partnerships
- Seek artist and label development opportunities through:
- Internal resources
- External tools/services
- Collaborate across departments and team members to create innovative marketing activations (digital and physical)
- Foster fan community relationships to amplify campaign reach
Team Collaboration
- Work with global local market teams to:
- Identify cultural touchpoints
- Drive audience acquisition and engagement for label objectives
Problem-Solving & Flexibility
- Proactively identify challenges and solutions to keep campaigns on track
- Demonstrate flexibility and prioritise based on label needs and vision
- Be nimble to adapt to urgent priorities beyond set processes
Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 2 years in:
- Digital marketing within the music industry or relevant field
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful campaigns
- Passion for the music business and desire to build a career in the industry
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of digital advertisement placement
- Preferred platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok Ads Manager
- Deep understanding of:
- Social media platform trends and updates
- Digital service provider tools for music discovery/consumption
- Proficiency in:
- Analytics tools for tracking campaign performance, trends, and metrics
- Basic Photoshop, HTML, and video editing software (preferred)
- Familiarity with:
- Google Suite
- Project management software (a bonus)
