About Young Living Europe Ltd
At Young Living Europe Ltd, we are passionate about delivering premium, responsibly sourced wellness products to our customers across Europe. Our success is powered by our people and a strong commitment to operational excellence, sustainability, and outstanding customer experience.
We are Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager
We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team and support our growing European business. This role is hybrid, with a minimum of 1 day a week at our offices at Chiswick Park, London.
Main Objective of Position
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the day-to-day digital marketing activity for Young Living across Europe, with a strong focus on customer retention and reactivation. The role is about keeping existing customers engaged and active, encouraging repeat purchases, and re-engaging those who have become inactive.
This is a hands-on leadership position. The successful candidate will set and evolve the digital marketing strategy, define KPIs, and shape the omnichannel communications plan, identifying and adding new channels where they genuinely drive revenue. They will also oversee the ongoing transition to Shopify Plus and work closely with Commercial Marketing, Sales and US-based colleagues to ensure European activity is aligned with the wider EU communication strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Define the digital marketing strategy for Europe and translate the commercial plan into a monthly digital blueprint, covering key dates, product focus, offers and positioning.
- Set the department’s KPIs and hold the team accountable for achieving them.
- Design and continuously refine the omnichannel communication strategy, introducing new channels where they can meaningfully contribute to revenue.
- Own the annual digital marketing budget – planning, tracking and reallocating where needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
