Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

Birmingham – hybrid

This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven 360 campaign manager who enjoys delivering multi-channel digital campaigns and driving measurable results. You’ll take full ownership of shaping the campaigns and delivering cross-channel efforts.

You’ll have a strong focus on the funnel and be able to discuss how you’ve increased top of funnel volume and driven conversions.

A strong hands-on focus on CRM and email marketing to build automations and workflows is key, along with knowledge across all digital channels for an integrated campaign approach. You’ll work closely with other channels to execute and optimise campaigns that generate engagement and high-quality leads. This role would suit someone who is confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and thrives in a collaborative environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, search, and events.
  • Build and segment audiences to deliver targeted, personalised email campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise CRM activity using HubSpot adopting a test and learn methodology.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns across channels including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign messaging and supporting content.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use data insights to continuously optimise results.
  • Support the delivery and promotion of events as part of wider campaign strategies.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and provide clear updates on campaign performance.
  • Produce regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.

What experience do you need?

  • B2B lead generation experience, ideally within a services-led business.
  • Strong hands-on experience of email marketing, including segmentation, automation, workflow build, and reporting within a CRM platform.
  • Knowledge of paid media channels – hands-on or where you have built into an integrated campaign and delivered through agency or wider internal team.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with A/B testing and ongoing campaign optimisation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • HubSpot experience is advantageous but not essential.
