💥 Digital Marketing Marketing 💥
🥤FMCG Challenger Brand
📍 London/Hybrid
💸 up to £55k
Here at Ignite, we’re absolutely buzzing to be working with an FMCG Challenger brand who launched in 2018 and are preparing to scale from £5m to £25m in 5 years. They are proudly B Corp and also featured on The Sunday Times Best Places to work list in 2025. Their product can be purchased in both retail stores and online and have a fantastic mission and vision.
They’re looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to come in and take ownership of the Shopify channel, manage the CRM and loyalty programme and manage both the Amazon and Performance Marketing agency. This is a VERY hands-on role, whilst you will have agency support on Amazon and Performance, you will need to be willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We would love to reply to all applications, regrettably we are unable to do so due to the high volumes we receive, so if you do not hear back within 14 days unfortunately on this role it won’t be progressing. It is possible that the position could be in the process of closing, so chalk it up to bad timing. But, have no fear! There will be more opportunities. Follow us at Ignite so you don’t miss them. 👀
