The Role Overview
You’ll join Condé Nast’s European Consumer Revenue team, responsible for driving direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue across all Condé Nast brands:
- Vogue
- GQ
- Glamour
- Vanity Fair
- Condé Nast Traveller
- Architectural Digest
- La Cucina Italiana
- Tatler
- House & Garden
- World of Interiors
This includes newsstand/subscriber revenue, membership strategies, consumer products (e.g., the Vogue Festive Calendar), and new DTC innovations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Plan and execute full-funnel digital campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV)
- Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals and KPIs across magazine subscriptions, memberships, and e-commerce
- Build cross-functional relationships with commercial, legal, and brand teams to maximise revenue opportunities

Paid Media & Data-Driven Performance
- Define and optimise paid media strategies (Meta, Google, TikTok) to maximise ROI and LTV
- Collaborate with data analysts to track KPIs and enhance attribution models, DMP integration, and marketing mix testing
- Present strategic learnings and campaign insights to stakeholders in actionable insights
Cross-Channel & Operational Leadership
- Own the end-to-end execution of cross-channel campaigns, managing approvals, QA, budgets, and deadlines
- Align efforts with CRM and Partnerships Marketing managers, elevating plans with strategic guidance
- Work with external designers to develop high-converting marketing creative
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify new growth channels/partnerships and test learning roadmaps
- Forecast future performance trends and recommend optimised strategies
- Prioritise market opportunities based on performance and business potential
What You’ll Be Doing Daily
✅ Define a DTC-wide digital marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels, transforming awareness into acquisition
✅ Lead full-funnel digital campaigns, managing budgets to meet KPI and revenue targets, including paid and organic execution
✅ Collaborate with Partnerships & CRM teams to ensure cross-channel alignment, ensuring campaigns are highly prioritised by business value
✅ Serve as the paid media leadership for the team, refining tactics to increase CPA/AOV, soft launch success, and NPS retention metrics
✅ Optimise, analyse, and iterate strategies based on campaign data, using in-house analytics expertise ✅ Refine the revenue mix strategy to improve customer lifetime value across the Conde Nast brands

✅ Continuously forecast future growth based on performance trends and market shifts
Who You Are
You are a highly capable paid media specialist with: ✔ 5+ years' experience running and optimising campaigns on Meta (IG/FB), Google, and TikTok ✔ Proven measurable ROI across acquisition and retention channels ✔ Vendor & agency management experience, from RFPs to performance reviews ✔ Deep commercial acumen with strong data-driven decision-making ✔ Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms ✔ Understanding of full marketing mix integration in data-led scenarios
You thrive in collaborative environments, balancing creativity with measurable commerce, and possess:
- Outstanding communication skills for stakeholders—clarity and concise summarisation
- Tips to avoid filler or generic statements—your narrative should paint a specific picture of newly launched campaigns and their impact
- Adaptability to rebuild and refine strategies quickly as needed
