As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the company's digital marketing strategy and execution, driving awareness, engagement, and subscriber growth across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, analytical, and passionate about creating authentic marketing experiences for technically sophisticated audiences.
Accountabilities
- Own and optimize the performance of key digital channels, including website, SEO, email marketing, paid media, and social platforms, with a focus on reach, conversion, and customer growth.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept through post-campaign analysis, aligning initiatives with product launches and commercial priorities.
- Develop and enhance organic search strategies through content planning and on-site SEO improvements to increase long-term visibility and reduce dependency on paid acquisition.
- Manage email marketing programs, including lifecycle campaigns, product updates, customer engagement, and reactivation initiatives while monitoring key performance metrics.

- Monitor marketing performance through dashboards and analytics, providing regular insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create compelling channel-specific messaging and creative assets that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
