Our client:

We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager for a high growth, London-based, healthy food & drinks company. With dedication to developing an authentic brand that delivers nutrition, taste & quality they have an exceptional retailer presence across the grocery, convenience and health food retailers.

With a strong business performance; new range extensions building on the strength of the brand; tight committed team passionate to making a difference; and aspiration for continued growth, this is a brilliant Digital Marketing Manager role for an ambitious individual!

The role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to play a critical role within an exceptional Marketing team!

  • Digital brand leadership: own and elevate the organisation’s online presence, ensuring cohesive execution across all digital channels. Set and own content pillars and brand tone of voice.
  • Cross‑channel campaign delivery: build and run impactful digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and community growth. Work closely with the wider marketing team, to capitalise on key moments in the year.
  • Agency management: brief and manage key agency partners (including paid digital and organic social), to create content.
  • Social and content management: plan and schedule platform‑specific content, develop influencer partnerships, and foster active audience participation.
  • Performance‑driven optimisation: use analytics, CRM insights, and media data to refine activity, improve ROI, and guide future strategy.
  • Technical digital capability: apply hands‑on experience with paid media tools, SEO, CRM platforms, and CMS systems to enhance digital effectiveness.

Finally, as a key member of the Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with other team members, to ensure Marketing goals are achieved.

Ideal candidate:

  • Must be currently working within FMCG or wellness, with at least 4 years experience in digital marketing
  • Will be able to evidence prior experience leading and owning digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
  • This role would suit someone who loves crafting stand out campaigns and connecting with their audience
  • Must have previous experience managing agencies
  • Will be a confident user of Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO
  • Must be collaborative, results focused and a team player
  • Will be a foodie!

Salary and benefits:

  • Salary is pitched c£55-60k with bonus opportunity and wider benefits
  • Office based in Central London with 3 days expectation in the office
