As a Digital Marketing Manager for SkyShowtime, you will play a critical role in driving performance marketing across Iberia (Spain & Portugal), spanning our D2C proposition and the Amazon Prime Video Channel.
This role requires strong, hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and Amazon Ads, with a proven track record of optimising campaigns to CPA (and other efficiency KPIs). Working closely with the wider Marketing team, Creative Ops, Ecommerce and Regional Marketing, you will own execution, measurement and continuous optimisation, ensuring best-in-class, data-driven growth across key performance channels.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve SkyShowtime’s performance marketing acquisition strategy for Iberia, with a primary focus on affiliate partners, driving scalable growth while optimising towards CPA. Effectively scale SkyShowtime’s Amazon Prime Video Channel via Amazon Ads campaigns, continuously improving CPA/CPS and overall efficiency through testing, audience strategy, and performance analysis. Strategic measurement, reporting and optimisation: translate data from multiple sources in to clear actionable data-driven insights, working closely with agencies and partners to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and a clear optimisation loop focused on lowering CPA. Collaborative Influence: work in partnership marketing, ecommerce and agency teams to align channel strategy, creative output and optimisation priorities. Execute a structured end-to-end test-and-learn programme (targeting, placements, creative and offers), scaling winners while staying focused on core KPIs (CPA/CPS). Plan, execute and optimise affiliate marketing end-to-end: partner selection and enablement, promotional planning, commercial negotiations, tracking set-up, and ongoing optimisation to deliver against CPA. Build quarterly calendars aligned with content releases and key acquisition moments, shared with key affiliates and internal stakeholders (including the Amazon Ads team). Partner with campaign captains and creative operations to ensure affiliate network and Amazon Ads creative is fit-for-channel, consistent with the wider marketing strategy, and optimised to improve conversion and CPA. Own budget tracking and pacing, clearly communicating the impact of investment through CPA/CPS and other efficiency metrics.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
