I'm working with a leading global professional services business to recruit a newly created Digital Marketing Manager role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused digital marketer to take ownership of integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation activity across multiple channels. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering measurable marketing outcomes that support business growth, lead generation, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, web, email, and event channels.
  • Drive demand generation activity through targeted campaign planning, marketing automation, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Manage the digital delivery of event marketing campaigns, from audience acquisition through to post-event engagement.
  • Optimise website journeys, landing pages, and campaign performance to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Analyse campaign performance, develop actionable insights, and make data-led recommendations to maximise ROI.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring delivery against deadlines and commercial objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, business development, and external partners to deliver effective, high-performing campaigns.

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong demand generation and lead nurturing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of paid social, organic social, web optimisation, and digital campaign performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyse data, measure success, and demonstrate marketing's contribution to business growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
