Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading scientific equipment supply and laboratory design company based in the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy professional to take ownership of the company's online presence, digital campaigns, and performance measurement, helping to elevate their visibility and commercial impact.

In this role, you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including website, search, email, automation, and social media. Your contributions will directly influence how the company engages with customers, enhances its digital assets, and transforms online engagement into tangible business opportunities.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Your duties as the Digital Marketing Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • To oversee and optimise the overall performance, structure, and content of the company's digital marketing channels to drive business growth.
  • To improve search engine visibility (SEO), ensuring priority pages rank highly and attract quality traffic.
  • To manage digital advertising campaigns, including paid search and digital media activity, aligned with commercial goals.
  • To coordinate email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated customer nurturing sequences.
  • As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will build and refine digital customer journeys that facilitate lead generation and enquiry progression.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Digital Marketing Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

  • A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Digital Communications, Business)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, website optimisation or B2B marketing, preferably within technical or specialist markets.
  • Experience managing SEO, paid search, email marketing campaigns, and digital content.
