The Recipe (About the Role)
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the delivery of integrated digital marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement, brand growth, and measurable business performance. Working across social media, influencer marketing, SEO, e-commerce, and paid media, you will ensure digital activity aligns with brand targets while using data, innovation, and emerging technologies—including AI—to enhance effectiveness, optimise investment, and accelerate our digital transformation.
- Deliver integrated digital campaigns across multiple brands, aligned to overall marketing strategy
- Own activity across owned, earned, and paid channels, including search engine optimisation, social media, influencer marketing, and e‑commerce platforms
- Manage agency partners to produce high‑performing, engaging content that exceeds category benchmarks
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth, compliant delivery and a consistent customer experience
- Use data and insights to optimise performance, maximise return on investment, and guide decision making
- Track and report on campaign performance, linking digital activity to engagement and commercial outcomes
- Own influencer partnerships and enhance website visibility through content and search performance improvement

The Ingredients (What we need from you)
Key Know How:
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), consumer goods, retail, or agency environments
- Hands-on delivery across key digital channels, including social media, influencer marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), paid media, and e-commerce
- Proven ability to manage external partners and agencies to deliver high-quality, engaging digital campaigns and content
- Experience using performance and insight tools (e.g. Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, social listening platforms)
- Effective stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Commercial awareness, including budget management and optimisation of return on investment (ROI)
