Digital Marketing Manager | Old Trafford (Office Based)

Hours: 8:45am–5:50pm (Mon–Thu) with lunch and breaks; 8:45am–5pm (Fri) Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per annum Contract: Full-time

This role involves shaping their brand presence, generating high-quality leads, and positioning them as the UK’s most trusted fleet technology partner.


The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute data-driven digital strategies to enhance brand awareness, boost website traffic, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, sales, and external partners to deliver campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company’s digital marketing strategy.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns:
    • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across:
      • Paid search (PPC)
      • Social media marketing
      • Email marketing
      • Display advertising
  • Website & SEO:
    • Manage website content, optimise SEO performance, and enhance user experience to improve traffic and conversions.
  • Content Creation:
    • Produce engaging content including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor and report campaign performance using:
      • Google Analytics
      • Google Search Console
      • CRM platforms
      • Marketing dashboards
  • Paid Media Management:
    • Allocate and maximise paid advertising budgets for optimal ROI.
  • Lead Generation & Automation:
    • Support lead gen activities and marketing automation workflows.
  • Innovation & Trend Identification:
    • Spot new digital opportunities, trends, and technologies to improve performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Align marketing efforts with business objectives by working with the sales team.
  • Agency & Partnerships:
    • Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and media partners as needed.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure brand cohesion across all digital channels and communications.

Skills & Experience

Core Requirements:

  • 6+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Proficient in:
    • SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and SEO platforms.
  • Copywriting & Content Creation: Strong ability to craft compelling messaging.
  • Analytics: Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
  • Multitasking: Experience managing multiple campaigns/priorities simultaneously.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Marketing Automation: Familiarity with automation tools and workflows.
  • Conversion Funnels: Proven expertise in:
    • Developing and optimising marketing funnels.
    • Lead nurturing and customer journey optimisation.
    • Maximising lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
