Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Swindon Support Centre (hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office)

About the role

We’re seeking a creative, curious, and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to join our High Street Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of TGJones’ digital marketing activity across paid and owned channels. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing digital media plans and forecasts across all channels to deliver traffic and ROI targets
  • Monitoring and optimising channel targeting, journeys, and performance to drive conversion and profitable growth
  • Delivering reporting, insights, and testing roadmaps to continuously improve traffic, conversion, and profitability
  • Managing agency partners to ensure effective campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting
  • Collaborating with Trading and Marketing teams to align digital activity with campaigns, priorities, and brand guidelines
  • Defining and optimising CRM automation programmes to increase customer engagement and order frequency
  • Leading customer insight and survey activity, sharing findings to support commercial decision-making
  • Developing and executing the SEO roadmap to improve organic visibility and site performance

  • Proven experience managing Paid Media, CRM, and SEO within a retail or ecommerce environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, ESPs (such as Klaviyo, Ometria, or Bloomreach), and SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasting performance, and leading agency relationships
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Commercially driven with a strong track record of delivering measurable growth and revenue impact
