Digital Marketing Manager - Italian Speaking
Italian-Speaking Paid Media Manager (Remote – UK)
About This Role
We are seeking a talented Italian-speaking Paid Media Manager to join our international digital marketing team in a remote UK-based role. This position focuses on managing and optimising paid media campaigns targeting Italian-speaking audiences across multiple digital platforms.
We’re looking for an Italian and English fluent, performance-driven professional with experience delivering measurable growth through PPC and paid social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube
- Programmatic advertising platforms

Manage campaign budgets and track performance against KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.

Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for Italian-speaking markets.

Write and localise ad copy in Italian and English.

Analyse campaign data to provide actionable insights and generate performance reports.

Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity.

Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Fluent/native-level Italian and professional English proficiency
- 3+ years’ experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Tag Manager
- Proven experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns
- Strong analytical, reporting, and optimisation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Agency experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certified
- Experience targeting EMEA or Italian markets
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and attribution modelling
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
