Digital Marketing Manager - The next chapter starts here.
Some businesses ask you to manage marketing. We're looking for someone to help shape the future of an ambitious travel brand.
At Cruise Nation, we don't believe in endless layers of approval or waiting weeks for decisions. We move quickly, back great ideas and celebrate results. As we enter our next stage of growth, we're looking for a commercially-minded Digital Marketing Manager who wants more than just another marketing role.
This is an opportunity to own our digital strategy, influence business direction and work directly with our senior leadership to accelerate growth across one of the UK's most exciting cruise and holiday brands.
If you thrive on responsibility, love making data-driven decisions and enjoy building brands that customers genuinely connect with, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll own
You'll be responsible for developing and delivering a marketing strategy that grows brand awareness, attracts new customers and drives profitable revenue across every digital touchpoint.
Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you'll:
-
Drive the strategy
- Develop and deliver innovative marketing and digital strategies that support the company's ambitious growth plans.
- Evolve our digital strategy through continuous improvement across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Shape and strengthen our brand architecture, ensuring everything we do delivers on our Brand Purpose.
- Identify new opportunities, channels and technologies that help us stay ahead of the competition and attract more new-to-brand customers.
-
Lead high-performing campaigns
- Own the annual marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and with maximum commercial impact.
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email, CRM, Content, Display, Affiliates and emerging digital channels.
- Design, build and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content that inspires customers to travel.
- Ensure partnership activity is fully integrated into marketing campaigns to maximise value and exposure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
