You will work closely with our Head of Marketing as the lead coordinator in the delivery team, co-ordinating all digital marketing activity across FSB's digital channels in line with the overall digital strategy. You will coordinate the team ensuring we maintain our activity and our deadlines efficiently.
The successful candidate will also be the main point of contact for other departments on day-to-day marketing matters. You will develop good working relations with other stakeholders across the commercial department and the wider FSB departments.
The Role
- Act as the central coordinator within the marketing team, taking a proactive lead in driving activity forward and being the first point of contact for colleagues with questions about campaigns and day-to-day activity.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing, providing a clear view of what is happening in the ground and supporting the delivery of the overall and digital channel strategy.
- Drive the delivery of deadlines, ensuring the team understands what they need to do and by when to achieve successful outcomes and keeping campaigns on track.
- Manage the digital marketing activities in line with the overall, and digital channel, strategy.
- Project management of omnichannel campaigns, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and adhering to all deadlines and budgets.
- Act as the first point of contact for other departments needing help with day-to-day marketing matters, including social media comments, marketing requests and campaign queries, making sure each is directed and resolved appropriately.
- Lead regular team meetings, co-ordinating presentation slides for monthly retrospectives along with preparatory stats and/or reports where relevant.
- Ensure monthly budgets are agreed in advance and monitored regularly throughout the month in line with performance and priorities.
- Generate weekly (and monthly) reports, continually analysing the data to provide recommendations and deliver continuous improvements in line with KPIs. Ensure reporting is communicated to stakeholders.
- Build, maintain and manage relationships with FSB stakeholders across various departments to ensure consistency and best practice across digital channels.
- Utilise tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Dot Digital, Salesforce, SEMrush, Tableau and Microsoft Teams to inform work and make improvements.
- Stay current with best practice digital strategies and industry standards, sharing learnings across the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
