Job Title
Are you a performance-driven strategist who thrives on optimising digital channels? Ready to lead paid media, affiliate, and email marketing for an internationally recognised outdoor brand?
We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a 14-month fixed-term basis (maternity cover). Based in our beautiful Braunton HQ in North Devon, you’ll play a key role in directing our external agencies and internal resources to plan, execute, and optimise digital paid media, affiliate, and email marketing channels, driving growth and maximising marketing ROI.
Working cross-functionally with our Head of Brand, Creative, and E-commerce teams, you will champion optimal channel utilisation and lead our external partners to deliver impactful, brand-aligned campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage data-driven insights to elevate our global presence.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Ecom, you will strategically direct external agencies and internal resources to manage campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, and Affiliate channels while providing strategic oversight for our Email Marketing Executive.

Key responsibilities include:
- Agency Management: Set, track, and hold Media and Affiliate agencies accountable to monthly and quarterly targets (revenue, ROAS, NCAC).
- Affiliate Strategy: Review agency reports to maintain a healthy affiliate mix, take ownership of VIP affiliate relationships, and oversee commission validation on Awin.
- Collaboration & Campaign Execution: Partner with the Head of Brand, Creative Team, and external agencies to ensure highly impactful, brand-aligned campaigns.
- Data-Driven Insights: Measure and report on campaign performance using tools like GA4 and TripleWhale, identifying trends to optimise spend and ROI.
- Email & SMS Strategy: Direct the overarching email channel strategy and manage and mentor the Email Marketing Executive.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Forecast digital marketing budgets, partnering with the Head of Ecommerce to set and track performance.
About You
You are a highly analytical, results-oriented marketer with proven experience in digital performance and affiliate marketing. You possess:
- Strong working knowledge of PPC (Google Ads), Meta Ads Manager, and affiliate platforms like Awin.
- A solid understanding of website analytics, Google Merchant Center, and attribution tools (GA4, TripleWhale).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to act as the bridge between internal teams and agency partners.
- Familiarity with Email and SMS marketing channels.
- Ideally, a genuine passion for the outdoors and an active lifestyle.

Working Arrangements & Hours
- Location: Office-based at Dryrobe® HQ in Braunton, North Devon (hybrid working considered after successful initial induction and training).
- Hours: Full-time. Monday to Thursday (9:00am - 4:30pm) and Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm).
