Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels including search, social media, email, and display to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee SEO, PPC, and paid social strategies, manage content calendars, and coordinate with design and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and user experience. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Monitoring web analytics and campaign performance
  • Preparing reports and insights
  • Managing budgets
  • Continuously testing and refining tactics to achieve measurable results

The role also involves collaborating with sales and product teams to align digital strategies with business goals and support overall growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience in multi-channel campaign management.
  • Social Media Marketing skills focused on engagement, community building, and brand visibility.
  • Lead Generation skills, including funnel optimization and performance-driven campaign planning.
  • Web Analytics skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and translate insights into action.
  • Relevant experience with SEO, PPC, and paid social platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in B2B technology or digital solutions environments is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
