Digital Marketing Manager
£40,000-£50,000 – Remote (UK) with occasional office visits (RG10)
I'm hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing B2B eCommerce business and take ownership of paid search performance and SEO direction. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you'll be directly responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and lead generation through digital channels.
The Role
You'll lead the business's performance marketing strategy, with a primary focus on Google Ads, while also coordinating and shaping SEO efforts across the wider digital team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants:
- Ownership of performance channels
- Exposure to wider digital and commercial strategy
- The ability to directly influence revenue and profitability
Responsibilities
Paid Search &Optimisation
- Own and optimise paid search strategy across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
- Drive improvements in ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), revenue, and lead generation
- Manage large product catalogues and optimise product feed performance

SEO & Digital Strategy
- Lead and coordinate SEO strategy and delivery across the business
- Improve tracking and attribution using GA4 and conversion tracking
- Implement server-side tracking (advanced attribution)
Data & Reporting
- Work with CRM (Salesforce) and tracking data (Mediahawk) to enhance performance
- Analyse data and communicate commercially focused insights
- Produce performance reporting focused on profitability and growth
Requirements
Must-Haves
- 4+ years’ experience in paid search (Google Ads) and SEO
- Experience managing large eCommerce/product catalogues
- Strong understanding of:
- Search, Shopping & Performance Max
- Campaign structure and bidding strategies
- Proven track record of improving ROAS and revenue
- Strong data analysis skills (GA4, platform data, performance analysis)
- Ability to optimise for commercial outcomes, not just clicks
- Experience in B2B/Trade eCommerce
