We're partnering with an exciting, fast-growing subscription-led women's health and wellness brand, transforming how women approach health through science-backed nutrition. With impressive growth, they’re looking for a Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager to drive their digital strategy and support the scaling of a purpose-driven consumer brand with an engaged community.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Plan and manage campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid digital channels.
- Create engaging content while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to refine strategies.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Optimise website performance, landing pages, and user experience.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to support ambitious business growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing (in-house or agency).
- Experience with consumer, retail, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands (strongly desirable).
- Proficiency in social media strategy, email marketing, SEO, and digital analytics.
- Experience using Google Analytics and other performance measurement tools.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- A creative mindset with sharp content instincts.
- Comfortable working independently in a growing startup environment.
