As a high-growth organisation, we need a Marketing Manager who can keep pace with our growth. This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll own the day-to-day running of our marketing across brand, demand generation and content, working directly with the leadership team to deliver the plan. You won’t be setting company-level GTM strategy on your own (we’ll shape that together), but you will be responsible for turning it into campaigns, content, copy, and activity that actually ship and actually work.
You’ll join a business with high ambitions, working across both the commercial and public sectors, bursting with opportunity.
Duties and responsibilities
- Essential
- Turn our commercial and sales narrative into campaigns across email, LinkedIn and SEO.
- Own and deliver the marketing campaigns we run end-to-end, working directly with the leadership team.
- Deliver targeted marketing activity across public sector, housing and commercial property (SaaS experience will also be beneficial).
- Create clear, usable content from complex propositions.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across paid search, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, social, partnerships and events.
- Work closely with sales, product and technical teams to support live opportunities.
- Produce high-quality assets - case studies, landing pages, sector content and outreach sequences.
- Own and deliver the marketing calendar across brand, content and campaign activity.
- Use insight, feedback and market signals (including competitor activity) to prioritise and refine activity.
- Provide clear reporting on what’s working and how marketing is supporting sales pipeline.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
