Role Description
At Seodium, organic search is our bread and butter. We’re looking for an SEO-led Digital Marketing Manager who can own strategy and delivery across client accounts, using paid media and content to support long-term organic growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning data into results and wants real ownership within a growing digital agency.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be strategy, execution, and performance. You’ll lead organic growth initiatives across multiple clients, from technical audits and keyword strategy to content planning and performance analysis.
You won’t be expected to be a specialist in everything, but you’ll understand how each channel supports SEO and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimisation (Primary Focus)
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Understanding of technical SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Plan and optimise content in line with SEO best practices
- Monitor performance using GA4 and SEO tools, producing clear insights and recommendations

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
