Digital Marketing Manager - Spanish Speaking
Spanish-Speaking Paid Media Manager (Remote – UK)
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Spanish-speaking Paid Media Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. This remote UK-based position will focus on managing and optimising paid media campaigns targeting Spanish-speaking markets across Europe and LATAM.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Data-driven
- Experienced in delivering high-performing digital campaigns across multiple paid channels
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across:

Google Ads
-
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
-
LinkedIn Ads
-
YouTube
-
Programmatic advertising platforms
-
Manage campaign budgets and performance against KPIs such as:
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CTR (Click-Through Rate)
- Conversion rate

- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for Spanish-speaking markets
- Create and localise ad copy in Spanish and English
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with recommendations
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams
- Carry out A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
- Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Fluent/native Spanish and professional English proficiency
- 3+ years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Tag Manager
- Proven experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Agency experience is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certifications
- Experience targeting EMEA or LATAM markets
- Understanding of SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation), and attribution modelling
- Experience using Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
