Marketing Manager – Global Brand Strategy & Campaigns
This is a critical senior role to lead global marketing and brand strategy, ensuring the brand shows up consistently across every customer touchpoint.
About the Role
A commercially focused position ideal for a strong brand marketer who can balance creativity with commercial impact in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
You’ll shape and deliver integrated 360° marketing campaigns across:
- Content
- CRM
- Organic social
- Digital channels
Key priorities:
- Translate product, seasonal and commercial priorities into culturally relevant campaigns
- Build long-term brand equity and strengthen brand perception

Responsibilities
- Own global marketing and brand strategy with ownership across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive high-impact, integrated campaigns that align product objectives with brand storytelling.
- Develop strategies for fashion, luxury, or premium consumer brands—experience in this sector is essential.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all digital and physical channels.
- Demonstrate expertise in:
- Content marketing
- CRM and email strategy
- Organic social media growth
- Digital marketing (including paid media, SEO and SEM)
- Data-driven decision-making to measure commercial impact.

Requirements
- Senior marketing experience (ideally in fashion, luxury, or premium brands).
- Strong background in integrated campaign delivery and brand storytelling.
- Confidence in content, CRM, email, social, and digital marketing.
- Commercial awareness and analytical ability—required for data-driven optimization.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
