Digital Marketing Manager - Jewellery Brand

5 days a week from a Central London Office
£35-42k depending on experience

Exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing personalised jewellery brand in London!

Hurley Burley sells beautiful personalised jewellery & accessories at affordable prices, through our DTC website as well as on marketplaces like Not on the High Street and Etsy. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team in our office in Farringdon.

About the Role

Own and drive the digital marketing strategy across all channels including PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Website, Email and social media
Manage the external digital marketing agencies for PPC, Paid Social & SEO, monitoring performance, budgets, and impact
Manage the Marketing Executive and drive the overarching strategy - as well as tracking growth - for owned channels, primarily email and organic social
Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns around key gifting moments, especially Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, weddings, and christenings
Manage the DTC Shopify website and content, liaising with the photography team to refresh photographs where relevant, and overseeing the continual improvement of listings and merchandising of collections
Work closely with the web development agency to drive improvements on the website and optimise conversion and the user experience
Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns
Take responsibility for weekly marketing reporting and tracking
Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital opportunities to support continued brand growth

About You

+3 years working in digital marketing, ecommerce, or growth marketing
Experience in a consumer, retail, fashion, jewellery, gifting, or lifestyle brand
Experience managing external agencies for paid media
A commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance
A hands-on attitude, showing keenness to experiment with creatives, implement A/B testing via meta and Klaviyo, and drive results
Experience managing a Shopify website is highly desirable
Previous experience working with marketplaces would be ideal (NOTHS, Etsy, Amazon)
Strong SEO knowledge
