Role Purpose

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Poolhouse, you will own and drive our digital growth engine across paid media, CRM, SEO/GEO, landing pages, reporting, and marketing technology. You’ll help shape channel strategy while remaining hands-on in building campaigns, customer journeys, tests, and systems that move customers from discovery through to booking and repeat visits. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Senior Content Manager, and Tech Team, you’ll ensure Poolhouse is discoverable, engaging, and commercially effective across every digital touchpoint.

  • Paid media campaigns consistently drive strong ROI, bookings, and customer growth
  • CRM journeys increase repeat visits, engagement, and customer lifetime value
  • Landing pages and booking funnels are optimised for high conversion and low friction
  • SEO, GEO, and AI search visibility continue to improve across key discovery channels
  • Marketing technology, tracking, and reporting foundations are accurate and scalable
  • Performance insights are translated into clear recommendations and measurable actions
  • Processes, workflows, and testing frameworks support rapid business growth

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, CRM, or a similar hands-on role
  • Strong paid media experience across multiple digital platforms
  • Working knowledge of CRM strategy, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and performance reporting
  • Understanding of SEO, GEO, content optimisation, and AI-led discovery behaviours
  • Comfortable working with websites, landing pages, tracking tools, and martech platforms
  • Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Startup or high-growth business experience preferred
  • Excellent prioritisation, organisation, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and workflow automation within marketing
  • Bias toward action with a willingness to test, learn, and improve continuously

  • Build, launch, optimise, and report on full-funnel campaigns from discovery through to booking
  • Develop and execute CRM segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and customer engagement campaigns
  • Analyse customer behaviour, cohort performance, and booking trends to identify opportunities
  • Work closely with the Senior Content Manager to test messaging, offers, and creative performance
  • Collaborate with the Tech Team on website optimisation, tracking, integrations, and booking journeys
  • Support SEO, GEO, GEO, and AI search visibility improvements across digital platforms
  • Build and optimise landing pages to improve conversion rates and enquiry quality
  • Track and report on KPIs including CAC, CPA, ROAS, booking conversion, and CRM engagement
  • Document processes, experiments, and workflows to build a scalable marketing engine
  • Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency, reporting, experimentation, and workflow quality
