£40,000 - £50,000 per annum
The Company
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager or a Senior Executive ready to step up to take ownership of the digital footprint for this award-winning national Wealth Management firm. You will play a pivotal role in driving organic growth, building brand awareness, and professionally representing the brand. This is not just about engagement metrics; we are looking for a commercially-focused marketer who is excited to be accountable for lead generation, client acquisition targets, and demonstrating a clear return on investment (ROI).
Working in a hybrid setup from our London office, you will manage the marketing budget, craft compelling content tailored to a B2C/prosumer audience, and design seamless user journeys that convert visitors into loyal clients.
The Role
- Lead Acquisition & Strategy: Own the digital marketing roadmap to generate high-quality leads and new clients, managing the marketing budget, CAC, and overall ROI.
- Content & Copywriting: Translate complex financial planning and investment topics into clear, compliant, and highly engaging copy for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and our website.
- SEO & CRO: Drive qualified organic traffic through robust SEO strategies (including local SEO) and continuously optimise landing pages, forms, and user journeys (CRO) to increase enquiries.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Deploy a mix of organic activity and paid digital channels (Google Ads, Paid Social) to build trust and brand awareness.
- Creative Content Creation: Introduce innovative content formats, including videos and webinars, to demystify financial planning and build trust with prospective clients.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance using GA4 (UTM tagging, event, and conversion tracking) and build clear reporting dashboards (Data Studio, Power BI, or Excel) for board-level review.
- Marketing Automation: Utilise our CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., ClickDimensions / Dynamics) for list segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign attribution.
- Test & Learn: Cultivate a continuous improvement culture by designing, executing, and analysing A/B tests across various digital touchpoints.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
