About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Product Manager to join our team. This pivotal role requires a strategic and pragmatic professional who excels in leading digital marketing initiatives within a service-oriented business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, aligning them with overall product marketing strategies to drive engagement, traffic, and measurable business outcomes. You will play a key role in packaging services into compelling products that meet market needs and contribute to the organization’s go-to-market strategies. Your ability to craft clear value propositions and differentiators will be instrumental in positioning our offerings effectively in both B2B and B2C markets. Collaboration with sales teams and other departments will be essential to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing and product management with proven experience in a similar role. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred. You should have a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns that deliver tangible results. Experience working within both B2B and B2C environments is highly desirable, along with a track record of developing and launching successful products and services. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making are essential, as is the ability to interpret market trends and performance metrics. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills are vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and product offerings.
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and positioning.
  • Package services into market-ready products that address customer needs, and craft compelling value propositions and messaging to differentiate offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize ongoing initiatives and demonstrate ROI.
  • Manage digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and paid advertising, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies and contribute to the creation of sales enablement materials.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach, utilizing analytics and performance metrics to inform decision-making and demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
