Job Description
The NOW Sports Digital Marketing team is responsible for driving customer growth and revenue across NOW’s sports products through best-in-class performance marketing. Operating across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and devices, the team delivers always-on activity to acquire new customers, maximise return on media investment, and respond to key sporting moments throughout the year.
Working in close partnership with agencies and cross-functional teams, the team translates performance data into actionable insight, continuously optimising activity and shaping future plans. With a strong focus on experimentation, creative excellence and audience strategy, the NOW Sports Digital Marketing team plays a critical role in delivering commercial targets and scaling growth across a dynamic and highly competitive market.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute NOW’s digital marketing strategy for Sports, with accountability for in quarter performance across Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social and CTV to deliver commercial targets
- Act as the day-to-day owner of digital marketing performance, ensuring media is consistently optimised, scaled and evolved to drive sustained growth across NOW’s products
- In close partnership with our media agency, define and evolve best in class plans, leveraging platform innovation, audience strategy and industry trends while meeting KPI commitments
- Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insight, producing high-quality reporting that informs optimisation, planning decisions and senior stakeholder discussions
- Develop NOW sports test-and-learn roadmap, embedding a data-driven experimentation culture to unlock innovation, efficiency gains and scalable performance improvements including reactive moments
- Lead the delivery of best-in-class creative across all digital channels, ensuring insight-led messaging, strong platform-native execution and continual optimisation to drive incremental performance and cut-through

Essential Criteria
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience managing digital performance activity end to end, ideally across Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social and CTV in an agency, client side or media owner environment
- Strong commercial mindset, with experience balancing short term delivery and long term performance optimisation
- Confidence owning performance narratives and influencing stakeholders through clear, concise insights and recommendations
- A clear track record of ownership, accountability and driving improvement through innovation, testing and optimisation
- Experience managing and developing team members, with a coaching mindset and focus on building high performing teams
- Some in platform experience essential – SA360, Meta, DV360
Desirable Skills And Experience
- Experience in sports, entertainment, subscription or other fast-moving consumer categories, with an appreciation for reactive planning around key moments and trading periods
- Knowledge of audience planning and data-led targeting, including the use of customer, behavioural or platform signals to improve campaign effectiveness
- Experience contributing to creative strategy and platform-native asset development, with a strong understanding of how creative diversity and messaging drive performance
- Exposure to advanced measurement, experimentation or automation approaches that support continuous optimisation and smarter investment decisions

How You’ll Work
We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.
Your office base
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
