Digital Marketing Officer

Role Description

The Digital Marketing Officer is a full-time, on-site role, responsible for supporting NEST’s communication and engagement across digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver or recent Digital Marketing graduate to play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of the Trust’s digital media and marketing strategy.

In this role, you will:

  • Create engaging, high-quality content for both the Trust and individual school websites.
  • Develop content for our social media channels.
  • Help bring our vision and values to life by promoting NEST as an employer of choice.
  • Showcase our schools as welcoming, high-performing environments for the communities we serve.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual with a passion for digital communication, who can help us strengthen our online presence and celebrate the achievements of our schools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
